It appears that LaVergne is just HOPPING these days! The city showed The Lorax at Movies in the Park last weekend. Now the annual Fall craziness is nearly upon us! If you’re bored, LaVergne has you covered for things to do! Here we go…
Howl at the Moon 5K Run
Friday, August 31st at 8:00 p.m.
Under a full moon!
$25 entry fee, $30 day of race.
You don’t have to RUN, you can walk the 5K. All who enter get a nice tshirt and door prizes are given after.
LaVergne Night at The Nashville Sounds
Saturday, September 1 at 6:35 p.m.
If you buy your tickets HERE (username is “lavergne” and password is “band” – without the quotation marks), then $4 will go toward the LHS Band. The mayor will throw out the opening pitch. Please support this great cause!!

The La Vergne Rescue Unit has been a vital part of the city since October 1970.
