Congratulations out to La Vergne Lake Elementary teacher Elizabeth Farmer, News 2 recently announced her as “The Educator of the Week”

“News 2 has named Elizabeth Farmer “Educator of the Week” for the week of November 11, 2010. She teaches second grade at LaVergne Lake Elementary School in Rutherford County. Parents say she’s a blessing and works to get the best out of students, no matter their skill level. Tutoring former students is also a priority which parents appreciate.”
