Number of Houses for Sale (not including condos): 313
Number of Houses for Sale Under $100,000: 38
For Sale Between $100,001 and $125,000: 91
For Sale Between $125,001 and $150,000: 72
For Sale Between $150,001 and $200,000: 67
Over $200,000: 45

Least Expensive: 1008 sf, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, cottage on Sunrise Ave., $52,500 (reduced from $63,900)
Most Expensive: 4298 sf, 4bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, 1 acre, The Woods at Martins Bend $509,900 (reduced from original list price of $539,900)
