If you haven’t already seen this on our local television stations, from the city:

A 15-year-old La Vergne, Tennessee teen has been missing since last week, according to LPD Detective Bob Hayes.

Kelsie Owen was last seen on Jan. 6, wearing a gray sweatshirt with a red tank top under it and blue jeans. She is 5′ 11" and weighs 220 pounds. She has brown hair and blue eyes and has a piercing on the right side of her nose.

She is listed on the TBI’s web site.

Hayes said the department has surveillance camera footage of a 2000-model two-door white Ford Explorer with gold molding. The vehicle was seen throwing some of Owen’s personal items from its window in the early morning of Jan. 7. The video was taken by the Daily’s Convenience Store at Old Hickory Boulevard and Murfreesboro Road in Antioch.

She is believed to be in the Antioch/La Vergne area or in Memphis, where she supposedly has a boyfriend.

Her family is offering a $500 reward for information resulting in her safe return.

The public should call (615) 287-8667 or (615) 793-7744 with information.

Please keep Kelsie, her family, and her friends in your thoughts and prayers.
